The Silent Type
Knives, Stones, and Curses
Based in Richmond, Virginia, The Silent Type has collective talent amongst the band. Selling out on most of their previous singles such as iLiKETRAiNS and The Whip, the Kids label release two songs (‘Kneel’ and ‘Knives, Stones and Curses’) from The Silent Type that have you in tears just from hearing the first few seconds on both tracks.
It almost reminds me of something from a sweet fairy tale film.
The presence of these songs is just of sheer amazement, I’ve never heard anything quite like this in a long time, and even then, I cannot remember back that far!
Overall, a very impressive first listen.
