Jessicas Ghost
Sarah
Jessica’s Ghost conjure up the vision of The Pretenders, with ‘that Christmas song’ they did firmly entrenched, not just in the bass line, but also in the rhythm, guitars and violin!
However, I’m not remotely tempted to write this band off as the melody saves the day. If the vocal was just more confident, this would be an absolute classic, but you get the impression it’s holding back just a bit.
This is a good band and with a bit of work, they could be really impressive. They’d need to write a more original-sounding track and make sure the singer knows how good she is and they’d be on to a winner.
