Air Drawn Dagger

Air Drawn Dagger is a Sheffield-based rock band blending electronic, grunge, punk, and angst-pop. Formed in the back of a cake shop, guitarist Lewis and vocalist Maisie began writing songs after hours, soon performing everywhere from hardcore shows to tapas restaurants.

Their 2015 debut gained BBC Introducing support, leading to a cult following and relentless UK gigging. Signed to a publishing deal in 2016, they released an EP to a sold-out show at Sheffield’s Corporation, earning praise from underground press.

Further releases and extensive touring saw them support diverse artists, sell out UK shows, and even embark on a DIY North American tour. Last year, they released new music from their own studio, played UK festivals, and headlined shows.

With new releases, a debut zine, and international tours ahead, Air Drawn Dagger continues to build their world. Their name, taken from Macbeth, represents an emotional outburst—fitting for their dynamic sound.
